Nathan created these photographs based on the myth Aurora.
Aurora, goddess of the dawn, renews herself every morning and flies across the sky, announcing the arrival of the sun.
I love the sky in this photo! The chosen composition works for this photo, I just wish the boat wasn’t coming out of her. Otherwise it’s a really strong photo. The color range of the oranges, blues, and greens really set the tone. There are also leading lines to the girl and the sunset, which I like a lot. MB OHS.
The second photo is a really good example of good composition. The model is lined up in the left third, the horizon falls on the top third, the sun is in the left third and the shoreline falls near the bottom third. The shoreline wraps around the picture creating good movement. The circular ripples in the water also add to the movement and texture of the photo. - LH OHS
I really like the sky in both of these pictures, I'm not sure if you did something to them but it looks amazing. Also the fog in the second picture looks awesome, whether it was there at first or not. You used the rule of thirds really well in the second photo.
